Dynamic Signal Characterizations and Simple Applications of CMOS Miller Compensated Amplifier Using 180nm Technology

This paper illustrates signal characterizations of circuit level designed Class A Miller compensated amplifier using CMOS transistors in 180nm technology. With material and design parameters, it is simulated and analyzed mathematically. The design can be used in combination and verified for its working as signal processing analog elements. These circuits can be used to implement in simple applications such as Buffer and Non Inverting amplifiers. Its use can be extended to be used in Analog Neural Network that can resolve training problems in CMOS environment. Simulations are performed using CADENCE SPECTRE v.6.6.1.
